	<abstract>&lt;div style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;The main aim of this article is to introduce the notion of neutrosophic locally open set, neutrosophic locally closed set, neutrosophic b-locally open set, neutrosophic b-locally closed set, NLO*-set, NLC*-set, NLO**-set, NLO**-set, N-bLO**-set and N-bLC**-set via neutrosophic topological spaces, and investigate several properties of these classes of sets. Besides, we formulate several interesting theorems, propositions, remarks, etc. on neutrosophic topological spaces. Further, we furnish few illustrative examples on these classes of sets.&lt;/div&gt;</abstract>
