	<abstract>In the present paper, we introduce the class &amp;Beta;&lt;sub&gt;&amp;theta;&lt;/sub&gt;(&amp;alpha;,&amp;beta;) consisting of functions f, analytic in the unit disc ∆, normalized by the condition f(0)=0=f&amp;#39;(0)-1 and satisfying the following two-sided inequality&lt;br&gt;
&amp;alpha;&lt; Re{f&amp;#39;(z)+(1+e&lt;sup&gt;i&amp;theta;&lt;/sup&gt;)/2 zf&amp;#39;&amp;#39;(z)}&lt;&amp;beta;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(z&amp;isin;∆),&lt;br&gt;
where &amp;theta;∊(-&amp;pi;,&amp;pi;], 0&lt;&amp;alpha;&lt;1 and &amp;beta;&gt;1. Integral representation, differential subordination results, coefficient estimates and Fekete-Szeg&amp;ouml; coefficient functional associated with the k-th (k&amp;ge;1) root transform [f(z&lt;sup&gt;k&lt;/sup&gt;)]&lt;sup&gt;1/k&lt;/sup&gt; for functions in the class&amp;nbsp;&amp;Beta;&lt;sub&gt;&amp;theta;&lt;/sub&gt;(&amp;alpha;,&amp;beta;), are determined.&lt;betaquad&lt;br&gt;&lt;/betaquad&lt;br&gt;</abstract>
