Picard fixed point theorem is used for obtaining existence and uniqueness of solutions. By means of abstract Gr"{o}nwall lemma, Gr"{o}nwall's inequality on time scales, we establish Hyers-Ulam stability and Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability results.
